Whats the most durable/light weight/cheap material to build a pack out of with ease?

The time frame for building this pack would be about 72hrs, any suggestions? and how heavy is rubber, really. thanks.smile

You could try thin wood wet molded or styrene plastic. Thin boards and materials usually tend to break under certain pressure though, test it before you buy it. I'm just building my pack out of lauan plywood and oak board. smile
