I have the utmost respect for Michael Caine, but he's too old to be a Ghostbuster.

Christian Bale, interesting… having done GBUK I'd love to see a British Ghostbuster… Although given the franchise's comedic tone, I'm not sure he'd be able to bring in the sort of dry wit the actors who have played the Ghostbusters have brought into things.

Micheal Caine wouldn't necessarily need to be a Ghostbuster, perhaps as a father figure to Bales, or one of the other characters. Maybe Bales character experiences something horrible as a kid, brought on by the bogeyman or some other happening, and Caine helps him get through it. Or maybe Caines character could be a ghost, but doesn't realise he's a ghost, similar to Bruce Willis in Sixth Sense… or maybe only Bales character can see him… like a voice from the past…

I mainly mention them because although they may not bring the same style humour, it may make for a darker action movie, which Ghostbusters could probably pull off with Director Christopher Nolan, maybe but not necessarily co-directing with Ivan Reitman.

I was also thinking if they did a new movie they might want to start at the beginning again, I mean Batman is newer than Ghostbusters and they did a Batman Begins.

I would like to see this young lady take some sort of major role on in the third installment

You're completely right! How could they bad mouth the Ghostbuster's good name with such tawdry displays of shapely, supple, nubile temptress! I am personally disheartened, shocked and apalled at even the thought of such a gross misconduct! I think I'm just going to go back and just visualise Ray, Egon, Peter and Winston sliding down that fireman's pole at Ghostbuster HQ continuously for a good couple of hours to completely purge the very thought from my filthy, filthy mind! lolz

I agree with that 100%. it degrades the respective franchise. plus in the photo, i noticed that the attracive goddess had the pack in upside down.
