who created "Ghost-Design"?

i was just watching the xtra features on the GB1 dvd, and saw different variations of the logo. who did come up with the final design of the logo?

I believe that all the Ghost designs were actually drawn by Dan Akyroyd himself. Unless someone knows differently about that. I think in my Making Ghostbusters book it said that he drew them.

is there any kind of documentation on it that we know of? i thought i heard a friend of Dan's did it.

Pretty sure Akroyd did it. The script describes the logo pretty well.

I know Dan came up with the original concept of the logo, but I think one of his friends penned the final version. I'm sure it says it somewhere in “Making Ghostbusters”.
