Basically the Evolution cast, excluding what's her name. I mean they've worked with Ivan and they all can pull off the humor. But im still a fan of having the guys return.

I will like to see if they have the ECTO-1A car and the proton packs and everything else the makes ghostbusting.

I think any combination of the following would be decent:

Ben Stiller, Bruce Campbell, Jackie Chan, Jim Carey, Jon Stewart, Lewis Black, Stephen Colbert, Mike Meyers, Hugh Jackman (hey, he's funny AND would bring in the ladies), Chris Rock, Mel Gibson (see Jackman), Chris Rock & Tucker (playing the annoying twins) and maybe Janine Gerafolo. I'd definitely put Kevin Smith on something to give it the JMS feel.

Ecto-1 and venkmanfan 49 have some pretty good lists. Though i keep questioning david duchovony for some reason. And John Stewart might have just hit the age barrier, for which they want younger ghostbusters instead of ghostbusters pretty close to their age.

Come on guys, it just wouldn't be the same at all without our original four heroes!!!! I do agree that it's time for some “gals in gray” however, and in my GB3 script there are two beautiful, tough, fiesty, and intelligent cousins from the good ol' Volunteer state who take Manhattan by storm as the newest members of the gang. There is the bold and sassy one that Ray falls for (based on my oldest and dearest friend), and the shy, emotionally haunted, and brilliant one (based on yours truly) that captures Egon's heart. Hey, why should Venkman get all the female attention?? I say this to Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis; guys, we need to talk!!!!!!

Well we know it wouldn't be the same. Notice I said it would be hard without the guys. This is just to say, if indeed it arose, who you would like to see take the reins, so to speak. Just spout off a couple of people. But put some thought into it.

If you remember dan aykroyd's original concept was of the original guys training a younger team, so they'll be in it, we're just throwing out names for the new ghostbusters trainees if im not mistaken.
