I've got a pic of someone's Ecto 1-A replica (veeeeery nice…I want it!!!) which I saved from the props section, as my wallpaper.
Other times I usually have the GB1 or 2 logo (depends what kinda mood I'm in) tiled across the screen.
Who has a GB Desktop theme on their computer right now?

I'll tell you right now, i had the Ghostbusters Deluxe but the sounds it has runs every 3-4 seconds, so it slows your computer down immensely. I just have the wallpaper now.
