Get over the homophobia - we're in a new century, folks, shrug off the old prejudices.
Re: the Scissor Sisters wearing feminine clothing, it's called costume. For the show i'm currently in, I wear a ninja outfit, and later, a busty corset. I'm a PERFORMER, as are the Scissor Sisters.
There's no homophobia here.
And point well made on the Scissor Sisters and wearing costume.
And to stear this back onto topic and away from drag…
I'd like to see a respectable artist do a cover of ‘Ghostbusters’ if they went in that direction… there's a number of good covers in that huge covers/versions collection… and I felt Bowling for Soup did a pretty good rendition for Just Like Heaven.

I heard Boy George was in jail not to long ago, but it wasn't for long. Now'd be the perfect time for a return.

Anyway, I'll throw in another name: Rick Moranis. He's a singer, wouldn't get too much better than him doing it since he's one of the main characters.
