Who would you cast as the new Ghostbusters

I'd have to say Edward Burns (The Brothers McMullen, 15 Minutes). The guy just exudes the whole New York attitude. He'd be great as the obligatory skeptic everyman Ghostbuster.

Liev Schreiber (Scream, The Sum of All Fears)would be great as the smart yet clueless guy who gets kicked around by the other guys for comic effect.

Kudos to SurfinBuster103 for saying Michelle Rodriguez (The Fast and the Furious, Resident Evil) not once, but twice!

I guess that would leave room for the “mouth of the Ghostbusters” role… although I'm not too sure who could fill it.

Hm… this thread is a good argument for splitting threads into pages for GbN 2.0!

Britney Spears?!?!? That's horrible. I'd hope that it's either the original cast or no one. I'd hate to have the whole Ghostbusters series to be ruined by a bad sequel.
