I heard over $80 for the 12 “ and $30 for the 6”

i havent collected any toy line, so i can save up for these…20 bucks a pop for the six inchers, and 60 for the 12"….phewww i would rather picked them up at a comic stoe or somthing. but beggers cant be choosers, ill be buying all the movie figs, most of the RGB figs, and ill have to wait and see the video game figures.

Well, looking at the Masters of the Universe line for comparison, the maximum order on each figure, except Faker, was 10. So I think people should be able to get as many as they want… I don't really see too many of us tryin to buy 10 of each Ghostbuster… I know I'll probably be in for 2 of each, especially considering the fact that its one a month rather than all at once. That works out better for me, cuz then I can spend like $50 a month on these figures, rather than trying to save up like $250 or whatever and shell it all out at once.

I totally agree with the comment above, I think I will try and get 2 of each as well, 1 set to display and another to keep in the original packaging as a collectors item.

I sure hope somone posts a link on this thread when they become available as I would really hate to miss out.

I hope the shipping to the UK will not be too much, might be the same as the item I'm buying, lol.

Personally i don't care how much they cost i will be getting all the 12" ones.:-)

-You won't be able to find these in stores because the shelf space is reserved for “new” and “popular” toys

-At the time of the interview, they have the likeness rights to Harold Ramis (Dr. Egon Spengler), Dan Aykoryd (Dr. Raymond Stantz), Ernie Hudson (Winston Zeddmore) and are still trying to get Bill Murray to approve his sculpt of (Dr. Peter Venkman) – sounds like Murray is going to hold-up fans once again.

-They would like to expand the series and do figures of Louis Tully (Rick Moranis), Dana (Sigourney Weaver) and even Walter Peck (William Atherton)!

-They hope the first release will be Peter Venkman, but plan on unrolling the figures as likeness' were approved.

-Each 6-inch figure comes packed with a ghost. Slimer will 100% be the first with plans on bringing us a possible shrunken Stay Puft Marshmallow Man ghost, the librarian ghost and the taxi ghost.

-They'd like Peter Venkman to come as the slimed version, with Slimer, first.

-The reason the 6-inch figures look better than the 12 (in my opinion) is because the 6-inch were sculpted by the famous Four Horsemen, while Mattel did the 12-inch sculpts (boo).

-The plan is to get the first 6-inch out by the San Diego Comic Con, with the first 12-inch by Father's Day. A new 6-inch will follow every other month, while a new 12-inch comes every quarter.

-There will be variants (who has this type of money, crap), including “slimed”, “marshmallow mess”, and “red slime” (from Ghostbusters II).

-They have pretty much free reign on the animated series The Real Ghostbusters.

-If a third movie is made, they will make figures based on that, which will probably make retailers.

Well, it looks like the Jessica figure is out of a job, now that we'll be getting a proper Dana.

Boo on the “shrunken Stay-Puft” figure, by the way…I want a BIG Stay-Puft (here's hoping NECA gets to reissue their figures!)

Damn, I'm really starting to become impatient now. I wish they had given us more specific info on which RGB figures they're gonna do. I'm assuming they're gonna do the four boys and Slimer but I'm really curios on what monsters they're gonna make. A Boogeyman or the Peoplebusters would be awesome to see.

so im definitly getting one of each of the BIG 4, the SDCC variant as well, as far as doubles go, ill probably only buy 1 or 2 of them, probably venkman and Ray, as far as the 12" goes im buying 1 of each guy, and a venkman double, when the other stuff gets put up ill see how much i will shell out

The real question is here….are we getting an Ecto1 to go with the figures?
