Has some shots of the 12“ Egon and Ray figures, as well as the 6” Ray with No-Ghost figure.

I'm definitely buying the 6“ versions, but given how long I've been undecided on the 12” ones, and given how expensive they will be, I don't think I'm gonna be picking those up. They just look too… Barbie-ish to me.

Why compare them to Barbie?

Yea, I'd compare those GI Joe figures to Barbie as well… They look like dolls, not action figures… and I'm a bit turned off by that. Different opinions, which is fine, but I just think they look too much like dolls.

No one's denying that they're dolls but GI Joe/Action man were the first dolls marketed to boys which in turn was the beginning of the action figure market. I just wouldn't make the comparison first to barbie when GI Joe is the more obvious template.

I think you're reading into my comparison way too much. So the first thought for me was a Ken doll (the Barbie line) as opposed to GI Joe. As you said, they're all dolls, so it doesn't really matter what one I compare it to.

I believe I did too…. my GOD! Those guys look fantastic in front of the ECU. Venkman… just wow. Seeing those 4 figures standing side by side seriously gave me chills.

Plan. It's not made yet.

But it would definitely be a fine addition to the range, should they be able to pull it off.

Hopefully with lights, if not sound as well.
