Why did you make professional unbeatable with those ****ing stone angels and add those ****ing tombstone things as well?

I don't know how, also, the AI is ****, when someone goes down, the AI should automatically heal them.

At this rate I'll never complete professional, and once I do, I'll never, ever play it again.

Once I beat the stone angels on professional, I have yet to EVER play that part of the game again on any difficulty level. I lost count of how many times it took me to beat it. First off - forget Ray. He's going down and there's nothing you can do about it. Trying to save him will only get yourself killed. I just kept going back and forth across the screen wrangling the angels and slamming them into the gate. I wouldn't call it a strategy, but I did finally beat it that way.

Well, it took forever, but I finally beat the game on professional today. Now, I don't ever plan on playing that difficulty ever again, holy crap.

On another note… awesome signature block there Archer. Never saw that before… funny mix of For Better or For Worse and Pod People! Love that MST3K episode.

I'm stuck at the stone angels myself.

If you knew why they are so difficult and why it wasn't fixed it would probably piss you off. Let's just say that we tried hard to get it fixed but were denied the chance to.

Either way, yeah, it's freaking difficult.

Oh, and on professional the AI isn't supposed to revive people I think, or maybe it was just you. They're not supposed to revive you. Can't remember anymore.

I always thought those things were insanely statted, given how much they kicked my ass on Casual.

Doesn't surprise me the final result came from higher management.

if you really cant beat it i think there is a glitch right before you go into the tunnel with ray and the guys are driveing past you in the ecto dont spray the black slime instead just run right threw it as fast as you can if you did it right ray will be left behind and every time you go down with the stone angels you will get right back up as if ray is there with you.

This was a great game on any difficulty, but I'm still stuck needing one trophy even after the trophy patch. It's been a while, but I think it's the Gozer's Most Wanted trophy (something about beating all of the multiplayer levels in first place or something)…

You'll get through the hard difficulty eventually. And if you need the Nice Shootin' Tex Trophy just throw the game on easy and run through it that way.
