There was two different Sonic cartoons in 1993 when i was 12 and i watched them, but i wonder why were their two different ones at the same time?

I'm Confused.

It's similar to that whole Filmation GB and Real GB thing in 1986 at the same time.

I honestly don't remember much about the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog other than, IF my memory serves correct, was original French dubbed in English that began production before the SATM series.

Once again from my remembrance it was primarily a syndication series that ceased production the same year that it started once the SATM series began to air.

I am sure someone else who was more familiar with the AoSH can fill in the gaps…I was more a SATM fan myself

Well the weekday morning GB cartoon from Filmation was aimed at younger audiences while Satuday morning and Weekday afternoon Real Ghostbusters were at older audiences.

Only difference is that Filmation sued Columbia in 1985 over the rights of the name cause they owned the rights to the name of the 1975 live-action TV show. They wanted a hand at Columbia's proposed animated show but Columbia chose DiC already, so the two companies made an agreement to do cartoons on each property of GB. Filmation made their weekday morning show after their classic TV show while DiC made the other cartoon “Real Ghostbusters” after the movie.

What in the blue blazes are you talking about? I'm referring to the fact that the “Real Ghostbusters” had two versions, one was from Monday through Friday and was for an older audience. The Saturday morning version of it was aimed more towards younger kids, plot wise. They talk about it on the DVD set.
