Hi

Anyone with Wii version, what modes are their? I know Story mode but I'm curious if any other modes are in it (E.g ghost vs buster they discussed)

There's only Co-Op for storymode. The instruction manual makes no mention of any other game modes. There is some stuff to unlock, but I doubt they're game modes. It really sucks that all it has is Co-Op though, because they said there would be a lot of multiplayer games for the Wii version, which was going to be one of the biggest differences with both version. Instead, it gets stripped down. I wounder if Sony had anything to do with it to promote there system again….

I wouldn't be to surprised honestly, it was a shame cause I was looking for some 4-player offline Ghostbuster action.

You and me both. Also I wanted to play as the other Ghostbusters and NOT just the rookie. I was also looking forward to playing some solo Ghostbusting games. As much as I like the main story mode, I would get bored playing THAT over and over again just to have the experience of Ghostbusting again. I mean, even a mini game in the firehouse where you see how many ghosts you can catch in the firehouse would of been great too, sort of a rookie training games thing, would of been a great addition.

The game is still fun though. It does make me feel like I'm a new member of the Ghostbusters team. I'm planning on playing the game again on hard mode after I beat the normal mode because there's something to unlock. It's suppose to be some kind of customization thing from what the blogs said. I doubt it's much, but something like changing the uniform color and stuff would be cool.

Yeah, I probably won't be playing it as much as the 360 version since yeah, its mainly the store mode, but man, I do dig some of the ghost that appear in that version. The 8 bit ghost from the arcade machines made me lol.

Completing the Wii game on hard unlocks the following…..Hidden in case no one wants the final unlocker spoiler yet.

You unlock a “Gozerian Rookie” costume which is simply the rookie as a ghostly character.

A beef I have with the Wii version is that the unlocks are not universal, they are tied to the profile you are using. This would not be much of an issue expect that you can't replay the story properly on a completed profile. You can play the missions again but alot of cutscenes and moments back at HQ are cut out when using the replay feature.

So if you want the whole story experience again, you have to use one of the other profile spaces to start over again.
