Don't listen to anyone (including me), nobody knows if GB3 will be made, they could be (I'm not in anyway saying they are) filming as we speak. My point is that there is alot of people who would like to continue the Ghostbusters franchise as well as people who don't. I'd love to see a third Ghostbusters but I wouldnt be at all disapointed if it didnt happen, both of the present movies were great and they don't HAVE to have a third one. Only time will tell if the Ghostbusters charge the proton packs again so the only thing we can do is wait and hope and ignore the rumors you hear. I guarentee you that 90% of the rumors you hear are false (unless comming straight for Dan Ackroyd's mouth to your ear). Be patient fellow ghostheads and be thankful that Dan made the first one to begin with. You can't have a trilogy without the first movie.

I don't think it will happen. The window of oppurtunity has closed. And Ivan Reitman has been quoted as saying “There will be no GB3.”

I really hope there will be a GB3.It probably won't happen for a long time (if at all).But,maybe one magical day Dan Aykroyd,Sony Films and Bill Murray will all make an agreement and we'll have our long awaited GB3.We can only live on hope until then,and remember the 2 excellent films we have already.

The question was not if we WANTED it to happen, but WILL it happen. Sure, I want it to happen, but that doesn't change anything.
