World Trade Center shown in skyline scenes?

In GB-1, just after the containment unit is shut down and ghosts and all spew from the GB headquarters, the scene w/ the sprits and all heading towards Dana's apartment, I could've sworn that I saw one of the twin towers of the World Trade Center, does it atually show or is it just me?

I know in GB-2, more shots of the World Trade Center are shown, 1 right before the mayor asks for the ghostbusters, and 2, during the ending credits.

So… What's your point?!

Who cares. Ya, I think they do show it a bit. I know maybe it's no big deal but let's TRY to put the past behind us, ok.

Ghostbusters 1 & 2 will forever keep our memories of the good old days with the World Trade Centre and when the world was a better place… now everything SUCKS!

Personally, I took the post to mean that it's behind us and it WAS a sad tragedy, but bringing it up and pointing out the fact that they aren't there anymore is still hurtful for some, so it's best to just take notice of things when you see them, and try and concentrate on the beauty and the “what was” and not the sadness of the “not being.” But I do know that some people got over it much sooner than others (like those who lived in NY and visited the towers a lot or who had relatives in there). So some will be offended easier by those who wish to just try and forget about it. I mean those who wanna forget about the tragedy, not the towers.
