Would they really have to suck in the guts?

Just wondering how healthy our Ghostbusters are now? I was looking at this record cover today. (I actually had it in front of me but I found this one on the internet)



And I thought all things considered they really aren't in bad shape, especially Hudson and Ramis, any how if they made Ghostbusters 3 today live action would they really be out of shape and all fat, or would they slip back into it quite easily.

To be honest I wouldn't be bothered either way I like a fat older action hero but I would love to get other peoples opinions on it.

they have all let themselves go really…except ernie, he looks pretty good for his age

Unlike most people, I don't think Dan is that bad. I made this post about 2/3 weeks ago.



A few wrinkles, some dye is needed.



Really doesn't like that bad at all. I think he's fine.



Ernie has aged well, doesn't look too different.



Ramis is by far the worst, sadly. Can you believe he use to be tall and skinny. My God, it's going to take a little more than dye to help this.

All of the Ghostbusters, well almost all of them, still look fine enough to come back.

As expected, Ms. Weaver has aged a little, nothing a little makeup couldn't fix.

Besides Ramis, I think they're all in decent condition.

Not to mention if GB3 was live action it would of course be about them getting back in action. They're not suppose to look perfect. So it'd be fine imo. Just Egon, he looks completely different.

And while David is looking a lot older… he's not impossible to believe as maybe the Governor of New York state. :p But that's a bit of wishful thinking right now.


William's also looking older, but not bad for those who saw him in Desperate Housewives back in '05.

As far as I'm concerned, they can all return to reprise their roles…
None of them are ‘too old’ in my book.

If Harrison can do it as Indy and Sly can do it as both Rocky and John J…
Hudson, Ramis, Aykroyd, Murray, Potts, Moranis and Weaver can sure do it too…

Oh well…

And I'd say you're right, she's aged gracefully since 1989. She's aged even better then Sigourney Weaver.

Ok, I didn't know who Ramis was. Yeah, I am getting into “who” the people are in real life. He did put on pounds, but so have I in life. Murray could be ok with die, maybe a hair piece. Dan, lose some weight. Ernie, a few pounds. Ramis, die his hair and then lose alot of weight. Potts, she looks fine and Weaver looks fine to. Rick, he just doesn't look the same to me for some reason.
