I don't post often on the Doom 2 TC Boards, but I figured this was related. I don't think anyone's posted it before.

Wouldn't it be cool if they had a GTA3 TC for Ghostbusters? I mean, not only do you have the Ecto-1, but you do missions on busting ghosts, you start at the firehouse…it would be a very hard thing to do, though. You would have to change around the whole premise of the original. I mean, why would you have Ghostbusters stealing cars and blowing up things and doing gang missions?

I just thought it would be a kind of cool thing. It would at least be cool if someone made an Ecto-1 for thegame. I know they've done it for GTA2 before.

Wait a second where can I get this GB GTA 2???? Or did I just read this post all wrong…cause I'm sorta lacking on the sleep and I'm confussed on whether I read this post right or wrong. Cause if ther is a GB GTA 2 then could some one tell me where I can get it? Thank You.

Someone made The Ecto-1 downloadable as another car for the game. That was all. No GB GTA2 TC that I know of.

Actually the game wouldnt be that hard to make, if Rockstar ever wanted to use their software to make it, instead of doing Gang missions, you would normally start out in the firehouse, and thats also where you would have to ned up by bringing the ghosts back and all, and Janine would answer phone calls for you and give you directions to the place where th call came from, so janine would be the mission giver, so instead of alot of diff. missions Janine would always be the mission giver. SO you would hop into Ecto-1 or Ecto-1A, and use your map to drive to the mission area. And you would not be able to steal cars, because you wouldnt be able to get into other cars(see that makes it easier) instead you would have to get your Ecto repaired, just liek your car. After teh mission was over you would report back to teh firehouse and put the ghost in the containment unit, mission complete. But in ewach mission the ghosts get harder and harder leading up to the final climactic battle with Gozer or Vigo or soem original Ghost. SO teh game would be kind of boring and there would defrinatly have to be soem mini games and such in the whole game but it would be cool to see none the less, plus you could walk/run to teh mission place, just like the guys did soemtimes.

I don't think Rockstar owns the rights to the Ghostbusters name, in terms of making videogames. I'm not sure of the company that does, but they are the same ones that are bringing out the GB games for GameCube. They recently released that EGB game for Game Boy Advance. Your ideas sound awesome, but it would have to be made by somebody other than Rockstar. Actually DMA makes GTA3, Rockstar/Take2 publishes it, but for conversations sake we'll just go with Rockstar.
