To get this achievement you must get a victory on every map for every map type. This means going to the end.
Does that mean letting time run out or literally doing everything you can in the play through? Because getting all the ghosts in containment is a heck of a lot easier said than done.

Nah, it's easy with two players. The number of ghosts you need to catch it dependent on how many players are in the match.
Number of Ghosts = 5 + (Number of Players * 5)

Destroy the ham on the buffet table in the ballroom.
Ive destroyed everything on the table, I even picked up the ham with a proton stream and slammed it into the wall and still no achievement.

It takes a good amount of Proton Stream on the ham for it to explode.
