Hey all-

I just thought it'd be interesting to hear what some will hope will happen or could have happend in the future GB3 trailer…write out scenes, dialouge and the such…just be creative with it…

TEASER TRAILER

Orchestral score begins.

Ignore it?

Move?

Or you could call for help!

Now the dead have awoken in the city that never sleeps, and there's only one team that can stop them!

Hello Ghostbusters!

VOICEOVER

Coming to theatres this summer.

That would be a kick ass teaser….hmmmm.

A lonely road. A single car slows to a stop and we see a hip-shot of a person standing on the side of the road.

The car pulls away and we go inside of it.

DRIVER: “Jeez how long have you been standing out there? I haven't seen another car in miles.”

The new rider sits silent in the back.

DRIVER: “Are you ok, man?”

No response, but we see the passenger in the back lean forward. The driver turns to face him and sees a hideous full-face grimace. Snaggle-toothed, and terrifying. The driver snaps his head forward.

DRIVER:“AAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!”

We see the car speed off from the side of the road.

VOICE:“ HA! Hahaha!”

The camera pulls back and we see the ghost laughing at the fun he just had.

GHOST:“Man, the living are too easy.”

The ghost turns around and is suddenly face-to-face with the tip of a proton pistol. A new view shows us a new breed of ghostbuster as he smiles and from off screen we see the light from the beam.

The screen goes black.

VOICE OVER:“Sorry ghosts….playtime's over.”

Cut to the new GB logo.

Teaser Trailer starts.

Fade in to an old run down warehouse at night time and fade out.

Text fades in. In 1984, ghosts were the menace of New York..

Text fades out.

Fade in to a room inside the warehouse filed with dusty office supplies. The camera slowly
zooms to a large crack with dark red light shining to the floor and fades out.

Text fades in. Now, ghosts are the lest of your worries.

Fade back to the large crack and slowly zooms in for 5 seconds. Various entities then rushes outof the large crack and run toward the screen. A white ghost is the last to come out of the crackand and flies toward the screen to form the no-ghost symbol. Music starts and fades out.

Text fades in.

Text fades out and another set fades in.

I write scripts for a living… So let me take a shot at this.

CAMERA - TIGHT ON A RED SCREEN
We see a red screen, and flash to see a woman scream.

INT. HALLWAY - DAY

CAMERA - WIDE
A beautiful woman is being chased by a giant oozing black ghost. It's sharp fangs reflectant in the lighting of the hallway.

ANNOUNCER
(Voice Over)
Ghosts..

CAMERA - TIGHT ON CORNER
The woman rounds the corner and is visibly shaken. She is panting heavily as the wall beside her crumbles as an arm extends through it, sending debris everywhere. Slime drips on her shoulder as she screams agian.

(Screen Flash)

CAMERA - TIGHT
We see red white and black this time. The white now fills the screen.

(Camera Flash)

ANNOUNCER
(Voice Over)
They have dwelled among us for years…

CAMERA - WIDE
The Woman continues to run down the hall the ghost in pursuit.

(Screen Flash)

CAMERA - TIGHT
We see a white hand beside a red curve. the red luminated.

ANNOUNCER
(Voice Over)
In a world where such things roam free…

CAMERA - WIDE BUT STAIONARY
The Woman runs out of camera shot and the ghost stops. It looks scared as we see the tip of a clear tube with wire on it. We hear the framiliar proton pack power up sound.

(Screen Flash)

CAMERA - TIGHT TO SLOW PAN OUT
The camera is fixed on a black oval as we slowly zoom out as the announcer speaks.

ANNOUNCER
(Voice Over)
In such a world.. Who you gonna call?

CAMERA - WIDE
Zoom all the way out to reveal the no ghosts logo.

(Screen Flash)

CAMERA- SCREEN IS DARK AS BEAMS FIRE THEN GO TO WIDE
We see four proton beams encircle the ghost and a trap slides into position under the ghost from off screen. The trap opens and the ghost is sucked in.

WOMAN
(Off screen)
Who are you guys?

CAMERA - SWINGS OVER TO REVEAL THE ORIGINAL GHOSTBUSTERS
As Egon picks up the trap, the others holster their throwers.

RAY
We're the Ghostbusters

GO TO BLACK.

Ghostbusters appears on the screen, and a three beneath it. Then fade to say 2008. Then it goes to black.

ANNOUNCER
(Voice Over)
They're Back…

FADE OUT.

Why in the hell would the wall crumble if it's a ghost.

Go watch some episodes of RGB. Most ghosts, (Staypuft comes to mind) are solid. Sam Hein, Boogeyman the People busters were all solid. people busters isn't such a good example, but I think you can get my point.

They were solid enough in the sense that they we're energy filled uniforms….I dont think they would have been able to just walk through a wall….Awesome work Venkman. :-)
